1. Educational Purpose Only

TradeQuest is an educational application. All trading simulations, paper accounts, and market data are for educational purposes only. TradeQuest does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.

2. No Real Money Trading

The app simulates trading using virtual currency. You cannot use real money to trade within the app, and virtual profits cannot be converted into real currency.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using TradeQuest, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Pro Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions provide access to additional worlds and data. Payments are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your store account settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

YM-Coded Studios and TradeQuest are not liable for any real-world financial losses incurred through trading in external markets, even if based on concepts learned within the application.
